Performance Management and Appraisal Processes

We have experience of developing performance management processes for private sector companies, and not-for-profit organisations.  In each case we seek to reflect your own values and key competencies in whatever we produce.

We have a great deal of experience of managing recruitment campaigns at all levels in private sector companies and not-for profit organisations.  We can support you at any stage of the process or we can project manage the whole process on your behalf, from receiving enquiries through to final interview stage.
