We can partner with you through two routes...

Retained Consultancy

For an annual fee, based on your headcount, and the level of support you think you will need throughout the year, we will be on hand on a “retained” basis.  This means that you are priority clients, who can access immediate support when you need it. 

The retained consultancy package includes:

Production or update of the employment contract templates you need, reviewed annually.

Production or update of a legally compliant, user-friendly Employee Handbook, reviewed annuallly.

Advice on the legal framework and best practice and email updates on changes in employment law throughout the year.  This includes writing or updating policies for you as the legal context changes.

Legal updates throughout the year, relating to your employment obligations.

Email and telephone / Zoom support, when you need it, on all aspects of the employment relationship.

Project-based Support

We can also offer non-retained client support on a project basis, giving you tailored solutions in key areas, when and where you need it.
